We hand dunk each stemmed cherry into fondant and then dunk them again into dark chocolate. These cherries are very shelf stable and will stay fresh and yummy for at least 10 weeks. Do not refrigerate or freeze, that will cause the chocolate to crack. Keep at room temperature for best flavor and storage.
