Mo's is busy making your favorite Fall fudge flavors such as Pumpkin, Apple Cider, Caramel Apple, Maple Walnut, Maple Cream, S'more, and Chocolate Caramel Pecan.

We also have great options for your kid's lunch box or a special after-school snack!

Lunch Box Note Cookies

These cookies are Crafted by Kaytlyn just for you and your special someone. Each cookie comes with a food-safe pen so you can write special message on every one!

Big Chocolate Chip Cookie

Our big cookies are really big. They are a delicious cross between a cookie and a cookie bar, the outside nice and crispy but the inside still soft and doughy. Heat them gently in the oven or microwave and create a warm gooey treat for yourself. Our cookies are made from scratch in our candy kitchen in Massachusetts using butter, local eggs, and semi sweet chocolate chips. Each cookie measures approximately 5" in diameter. We seal each cookie individually and they will be fresh and delicious for 10-15 days.

Truffle Tasting during the July Shelburne Falls Art Walk & Porch Fest

This Sunday on July 9th, Mo's Fudge Factor will be holding a Truffle Tasting from 1 to 3 pm to celebrate the July Art Walk. Also, there will be a Reception for local Colrain artist, Dallas Looman starting 1pm.

Mo's is exploring as many local ingredients as we can this summer! There will be three flavors of truffles during the tasting:

Sweet Cream and Honey (GF)

Blueberry Lemon (GF)

Raspberry Rhubarb (GF)

Fun Fact about the local ingredients: the Honey is from Hawley Border Farm, which is Mo and her family's hobby farm. The Bee Pollen is sourced locally in Deerfield, MA and the Rhubarb was purchased at the Ashfield Farmer's Market.

Stop by Mo's Fudge Factor to try some truffles, to meet Dallas and view this work during the July Shelburne Falls Art Walk.

Now open for our summer hours!! You can enjoy your favorite summer treat as well as treat yourself to the whimsical and happy art of Dallas Looman, a local artist from Colrain. Come and enjoy both 7 days a week from 11-8 at Mo's

Summer 2023 ~ Mo’s Fudge Factor
Dallas Looman was drawn to painting at a very young age, first as a different form of communication, one he felt more comfortable with. As an autistic child going through school, he would draw pictures to share what had happened at school with his mom. But that way of communicating soon became an artistic passion, drawn by the creative process and discovering his fluency with the pastel media.
In 2013, one of his pieces was selected by “Very Special Arts,” the international organization on arts and disability, for an exhibition of artwork by emerging young artists with disabilities, held at the S. Dillon Ripley Center of the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC.
Over the years Dallas Looman has become very skilled with his use of pastel crayons – his media of choice – creating animal portraits, still lives or landscapes in bright colors or more subtle tones depending on the subject matter. He has a style of his own, a great sense of design and composition (and humor!), although one can discern an influence from the artwork he gets to see at the Eric Carle Museum where he volunteers once a week.
